A Sri Lankan man was lynched to death by a mob of fundamentalists for insulting Islam in Sialkot, Pakistan. After the incident, the Pakistan government has deployed heavy police force in that area to reduce the rising tension.
"Kaafir ke bacche ne Quran ki ayatein dustbin mein fainki hain (son of kaafir has thrown verses of Quran in dustbin)," a man is heard saying in the crowd that killed & burnt a Sri Lankan identified as Priyantha Kumara, in Pakistan's Sialkot.

It is being told that this incident happened on Wazirabad Road of Sialkot. The Sri Lankan man killed was an export manager at a factory in Sialkot, Priyanta Kumara. This person was attacked by the workers of the factory itself. burnt the dead body.
In 2010, a similar incident in Sialkot shook the nation when two brothers were declared dacoits by a mob in the presence of police. This incident had put the entire country in shock.
