Trucks have been allowed to enter Delhi with immediate effect. The Commission for Air Quality Management has said that construction and demolition works have also been permitted in the National Capital Region.
But the person or agency involved in this work will have to follow the guidelines of dust control. The commission has eased restrictions as the air quality improves. Air quality was in poor condition for last three days
