Two gangsters close to Khalistani terrorist Arsh Dalla have been arrested after an encounter in Delhi. Hand grenades have been recovered from the possession of two gangsters who were helping Khalistani terrorists. The arrested criminals were absconding after the recent murder of Bally Congress Sarpanch Bally in Moga, Punjab. The names of both are said to be Kishan and Gurbinder.

Harry, a resident of Bathinda, was arrested by Delhi Police from Sarita Vihar.
