BJP today hit out at Arvind Kejriwal government in Delhi saying they hindered the works of the central government in the national capital.

Briefing reporters in New Delhi, senior party leader and Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said, central government has done more for the people of Delhi than the AAP government. He accused the Delhi government of halting the 4th phase of Metro’s expansion and Dwarka Expressway works.

He also said that the state government has done nothing about Delhi’s major problems like traffic congestion. Mr Javadekar said, the tall claims of the AAP government about bringing a complete turnaround to the infrastructure of the Delhi Government Schools fell flat after the reality was exposed by BJP MPs.

Meanwhile, Senior AAP leader and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has dismissed the BJP’s claim with regard to Delhi Government Schools. Briefing reporters, Mr Sisodia alleged, they showed the old building of the Delhi Government school while hiding the current situation of schools. Mr Sisodia also posted several videos of Delhi government school on his twitter handle.
