India, today, witnessed several anti-China protests in various places of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. This comes after 20 Indian soldiers were killed in action at the Line of Actual Control in Ladakh’s Galwan Valley on Monday.
In Guwahati, protesters burnt the effigies of Chinese President Xi Jinping and shouted slogans against China. The protesters also called for a boycott of Chinese goods and burnt the Chinese flag.
Anti-China protests took place in various places including Guwahati and Upper Siang district, Tuting, and Kameng district.
