The US has said that the US military or officials will not be blamed for the killing of ten people in a drone attack in Afghanistan in August.
The drone attack was carried out in the last days of the withdrawal of US forces after Taliban control of Kabul. Ten people, including seven children, were killed in the incident. Later, General Kenneth McKenzie of US Central Command called this drone attack on 29 August a tragic mistake.
