An Indian woman from Kerala has won $ 3.2 million in the monthly raffle draw in the UAE.
The raffle draw is held at the Abu Dhabi International Airport monthly and it is the UAE’s largest and longest running raffle draw who can buy tickets online.

Indian expatriate Sapna Nair says she wants to put that money to good use for her family and charitable causes.
Nair, who has a five-year old daughter, won the jackpot recently. She has been working in UAE for the last nine years.
“I want to support underprivileged people, especially women. I’ve always done small charitable projects in whatever way I could, now I have the financial freedom to do a lot more,” says Sapna, adding she will continue her job as a senior structural engineer in an Abu Dhabi firm after this development.
Nair called her daughter her lucky charm and said that she also wants to use the money for her future.
Talking about her plans to continue her job in the Abu Dhabi firm, Nair said it her eighth year in the company and she has such a big commitment to the firm. “I really haven’t had didn’t have the time to process the news. My company has helped me immensely and I’m extremely indebted to them.”
