Three Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists, including two Pakistani terrorists, were killed in an encounter with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district. Two terrorists, including a Pakistani terrorist, were killed in an encounter this morning in Chakras Kandi area of Kupwara district. The second Pakistani terrorist of Lashkar-e-Taiba was killed in an encounter in Baramulla district.
On the basis of documents recovered from the encounter site, the slain terrorist has been identified as Hanzala of Lahore in Pakistan, police said. A.K. from him. Rifles, cartridges and ammunition have been recovered.
Police of Kashmir Zone quoted Inspector General of Police Vijay Kumar as saying that two foreign terrorists and one local terrorist escaped from the encounter site.
