Prime Minister Narendra Modi will launch 5G services in New Delhi tomorrow. Ashwini Vaishnav has said that the government aims to provide 5G services across the country in two years and for this an investment of about Rs 3 lakh crore will be made.
According to experts, the commercial 5G service will start from October 1, but it may take a year for this service to reach the common people.
There will be many benefits from the introduction of 5G service. With this will come new economic opportunities and social benefits. This gives it the potential to become a transformative force for the Indian society.
Recently, the 5G spectrum auction was successfully conducted and the telecom service providers were allotted 51 thousand 236 MHz with a gross revenue of more than one lakh fifty thousand crore rupees.
